The chassis is an 8-ton excavator-style crawler base. Utilizing the robust components found in heavy-duty excavators, it can easily handle muddy ground, loose gravel, and steep slopes. It is equipped with a TM10 travel motor, allowing for a travel speed of 2.5 to 3 kilometers per hour. The power source is a turbocharged 4105 engine-a widely available model-meaning that if a breakdown occurs, you can find a repair shop capable of fixing it almost anywhere.
Drilling depths range from 3 to 10 meters; you can select the specific depth required for your project. Drilling diameters range from 50 to 300 millimeters-from roughly the size of a clenched fist to a diameter even wider than a basketball. Simply choose the configuration that matches the size of the piles you intend to drive; there is no need to rely on a single, oversized machine for every conceivable task.
The feed beam (mast) is adjustable in all directions-forward, backward, left, and right. Controlled via hydraulic cylinders, it allows you to angle the beam precisely as needed, enabling you to align perfectly with the pile position without having to reposition the entire vehicle. Furthermore, the feed beam features an 800mm extension stroke: if you reach the end of the standard stroke but still have a bit further to go, the beam can extend an additional 800mm to help you power through the toughest ground conditions.
The feeding mechanism utilizes a 1000-series hydraulic motor driving a heavy-duty chain system. This chain-driven approach is highly resilient and unaffected by dust or debris-unlike delicate lead-screw mechanisms. The cooling system features an upgraded FLJ-136 unit; even after a full day of operation on a hot summer hilltop, both the hydraulic oil and engine coolant temperatures remain stable and within safe operating limits.
Two power head options are available: a dual-motor unit delivering 5000 N·m of torque, or a five-star motor unit delivering 7500 N·m. For soil and weathered rock formations, the 5000 N·m unit is sufficient. For hard rock formations-such as granite or basalt-the 7500 N·m unit is the recommended choice.
In short: when working on hillsides, uneven terrain is no longer an issue. This machine levels itself automatically, ensuring that every pile is driven perfectly straight-eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming rework.
