The walking mechanism is a hydraulic walking type. When moving forward, the four outriggers are supported by hydraulic cylinders, lifting the chassis off the ground. The hydraulic system drives the walking cylinders to propel the piling rig forward. Then, the outriggers retract and lower, and the hydraulic cylinders retract to pull the chassis forward. This repeated operation propels the piling rig forward.

The slewing mechanism is driven by a medium-speed hydraulic motor through a reducer. With the cooperation of the four outrigger hydraulic cylinders, the piling rig can rotate 360 degrees. Because hydraulic motors have stable power, smooth operation, low rotational inertia, and high starting efficiency, the piling rig has the advantages of smooth rotation, no impact or vibration, good overall stability, and long service life.

The power mechanism uses a three-ring reduction mechanism, a mature product. The large center bore reducer has high load-bearing and overload capacity, compact structure, low noise, and long service life, making it the most ideal power unit for domestic drilling rigs. It consists of two air-cooled motors, a reducer, an elbow, an exhaust system, a lifting frame, and a slide block. During operation, two motors drive the reducer to high-speed rotation via a coupling, which in turn drives the drill rod and drill bit to rotate via a flange on the low-speed power shaft.

Hydraulic and Transmission Mechanism: Primarily composed of seven hydraulic cylinders. These include four outrigger cylinders, one travel cylinder, and two luffing cylinders. The outrigger cylinders are located at the four corners of the machine, allowing for lifting heights of 1.1 meters and 1.6 meters, depending on the machine model. The travel cylinder is located in the center of the chassis and works in conjunction with the four outrigger cylinders to raise and lower the machine, thus retracting the travel cylinder to pull the chassis forward. The travel cylinder is 1.6 meters long, resulting in a 1.6-meter travel step. The luffing cylinder is located slightly off-center at the front of the center section, below and slightly rear of the column, primarily supporting the column. The retraction of all seven cylinders can be operated from the control room.

Operating Mechanism: The control room is located at the rear of the drilling rig, in front of the main winch. It is a steel-shell structure with windows on three sides, ensuring a wide field of vision and a safe and comfortable working environment. The drilling rig is controlled by a combination of electro-hydraulic systems. All control buttons and handles are located on the control panel in front of the operator's cab, making operation convenient and quick.
