Each of its feed beams utilizes a telescopic design, capable of drilling a single-pass hole up to 4 meters deep (with options for even longer lengths via customization). What does this mean in practice? Previously, drilling a deep hole required multiple stops to couple additional drill rods; now, the machine can drive 4 meters straight in with a single thrust. This significantly reduces downtime during the drilling process and minimizes the risk of the drill bit getting jammed. It covers a drilling diameter range of 38 to 76 millimeters-whether for blast holes or precision anchor bolt holes, this machine handles them all with ease.
Dual Power Systems: A Robust Heartbeat
Don't be fooled by the additional drill arm - the internal core of this machine has been completely redesigned and upgraded. It is equipped with independent motor-pump assemblies, each delivering an output power of up to 55 kW, and features a heavy-duty hydraulic pump (model K3V112S-112R-32). Under coordinated system operation, the hydraulic pressure remains steadily maintained at 20 MPa, allowing it to easily penetrate even the hardest rock strata. Furthermore, it retains a Yuchai diesel engine as its power drive source, ensuring uninterrupted work progress even under power loss conditions.
