1. What is a photovoltaic pile driver
Photovoltaic pile driver is a specialized pile foundation equipment for photovoltaic power station construction. It mainly completes the construction of photovoltaic support foundation, realizes the implantation of spiral ground piles, steel pipe piles, H-shaped steel piles, and can also be used for spiral drilling and rock down the hole drilling. It is widely used in ground concentrated photovoltaic, agricultural photovoltaic complementary, fishery photovoltaic complementary, and mountainous desert photovoltaic projects. Divided into three mainstream models: tracked, wheeled, and photovoltaic pile drivers for excavation and renovation.
2. Two major working modes
1. Hammer driven pile driving: Hydraulic hammer high-frequency impact, directly hitting steel pipe piles and C-shaped steel piles into the soil layer, with high efficiency in sand and clay, driving 200-350 piles per day, suitable for large power stations in plains and deserts.
2. Spiral drilling (drilling): The power head rotates to drive a spiral ground pile. When encountering gravel, hard soil layers, or weathered rocks, the hole is drilled first and then the pile is driven. It is preferred for complex geological conditions in mountainous areas.
The multifunctional model can be used for both hammering and screwing, and one set of equipment can handle multiple geological conditions, with the highest market usage rate.
